Creating Charmed Living with my best friend is a dream come true. We are each other’s perfect complement. While she runs the finance and construction side of the business, I run the design and marketing side. I am a residential real estate agent and I love old houses and renovation projects. Sometimes the renovations and visions for a property are larger in scale than you might typically handle in a “regular real estate transaction.”

With Charmed Living, I go beyond the real estate agent role. Together, Kris and I create a vision and plan to make your investment property into its highest and best use. We look at what buyers are currently looking for in the market, what your house could offer, and how to get there. Then we execute that plan and manage the process to completion.
